Parental Guidance, A Must, Not an Option!

What an indescribable blessing!

Today you are looking into the eyes of that precious little "bundle of joy!" You have been waiting, preparing, yearning for this day for what seems like an eternity. The moment has finally arrived. What joy for the new momma and daddy! Everything is ready. They have already spent many hours and days in preparation. Every possible source of parental guidance has been researched. Nothing can stop them now.

OH the special moments!

Look, her first sweet little smile! He rolled over for the first time today! She is trying to crawl! And then there is that FIRST STEP! He said, "Daddy," today! She said, "Momma," today! Finally potty training time, perhaps a little more parental guidance needed on that one. How exciting! So many precious memories! But, will you allow the voices of the modern day world to rob you of these priceless experiences? Will these be things you hear about from the day care workers or the nanny? Will you be bound to the unmerciful chains of a demanding career?

Oh So Cute!

Bubbling over with their own little personality, they are adorable! "Oh, they do and say the cutest things don't they!" She's not just walking, but running almost everywhere she goes now! It is Time for lots of that all-important parental guidance, after all someone has to teach them of the dangers of the hot burner on the stove and how to share their toys with their little friends. Someone has to hold their hand when they head down the porch steps to play in the yard. And no one else but Momma will do, when the inevitable "owies" (bumps and bruises come). And no other hand is near so comforting or gentle words so sweet as Mamma's in their time of need. Momma, where will you be?

Momma, No one can fill your shoes.

I know times are difficult. Surviving with only one income today is no easy task; some would say it is impossible. Please stop for a moment and consider! The Creator of the universe has placed this precious living soul into your loving arms for a reason. You are the best equipped person on earth to nurture and train that child. NO ONE, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, CAN FILL YOUR SHOES, MOMMA! Only you have that special touch of love and wisdom for your own children. This is the life molding, parental guidance they so desperately need. Please do not take the direction from God's Word lightly.

Titus 2:4-5 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. (KJV)

Oh, if you could only see how important it is for those little ones to have you at their side! They need YOU, MOMMA! I am sure this is your heart's desire and there is one who said that He would supply all of our needs. Turn to the Lord and tell Him how much you want to be at home, to be the kind of mother that He wants you to be, and I know He will hear and make a way for you.
